Boot Camp

Teacher: Mrs. Amy Allen 

In this class, we will work out using several different training styles, including HIIT, circuit style, Tabata, super sets, and calisthenics. We will also learn about what God’s Word says about working out and eating healthy. Students will learn how to program a workout and will work as a team to plan a workout for the class to complete.


  • Appropriate dress: loose clothes you can move in freely, like shorts and a T-shirt, socks, and athletic shoes, no slip-on shoes or boots of any kind. 



  • $10 payable with tuition
