Teacher: Mrs. Amy Allen
In this class, we will be working out with several different styles of training, including HIIT, circuit style, Tabata, super sets, and calisthenics. We will learn about what God’s Word says about working out and eating healthy. Students will learn how to program a workout and will work as a team to plan a workout for the class to complete.
Appropriate dress: loose clothes you can move freely in, like shorts and a tee shirt, socks, and athletic shoes, no slip-on shoes or boots of any kind.
