Bozeman School

ENROLL AT EMERGE SCHOOL

NEW STUDENTS:

  1. Read the EMERGE Handbook and EMERGE Statement of Faith. Be prepared to abide by it.

  2. Fill out a new student application on the emergemt.com homepage.

  3. Schedule a meeting with Colleen Olsen (406-404-0122) to be sure the school is a good fit. Both the student and at least one parent should attend.

  4. If requested, have transcripts and records sent from prior school(s).

  5. Mail a $100/student non-refundable enrollment processing fee as well as applicable new student fees to: EMERGE School  c/o Redeemer Church,  1701 S 19th Ave.  Bozeman, MT 59718.

  6. Schedule an advising appointment with Mrs. Olsen or Mrs. Bowker to register for classes (MS/HS students only).

  7. Order required books and class materials when further instructed in July.

  8. Pay tuition by August 1st (Fall semester) or December 1st (Spring semester).

1ST-5TH GRADE RETURNING STUDENTS:

  1. Log in to Jupiter Ed to make sure your contact information is up to date; complete the Intent to Enroll Assignment by February 15th.

  2. Mail a $100/student non-refundable enrollment processing fee to: EMERGE School  c/o Redeemer Church,  1701 S 19th Ave.  Bozeman, MT 59718.

  3. Order required books and class materials when further instructed in July.

  4. Pay tuition by August 1st (Fall semester) or December 1st (Spring semester).

6TH-12TH GRADE RETURNING STUDENTS:

  1. Log in to Jupiter Ed to make sure your contact information is up to date; complete the Intent to Enroll Assignment by February 15th.

  2. Mail a $100/student non-refundable enrollment processing fee to: EMERGE School  c/o Redeemer Church,  1701 S 19th Ave.  Bozeman, MT 59718.

  3. Attend a group or individual advising appointment as instructed in order to register for classes.

  4. Order required books and class materials when further instructed in July.

  5. Pay tuition by August 1st (Fall semester) or December 1st (Spring semester).
