This fun and energetic fitness class is designed for students! Our focus is on helping students improve their physical strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and coordination through movement and stretching. Each class will include exercises that promote body awareness and healthy habits, all in a light and engaging environment. This class is about moving our bodies, building confidence, and having fun together! Perfect for students of all experience levels—come ready to stretch, move, and smile!

REQUIRED MATERIALS

  • Exercise mat (look at TJ Maxx, Target, Amazon, it doesn’t need to be expensive, a basic one will do nicely)

  • Attire: Sweats, or leggings, and a fitted shirt or one that can be tucked in

  • Optional Addition: Blanket or towel
