This fun and energetic yoga class is designed for students! Our focus is on helping students improve their physical strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and coordination through movement and stretching. Each class will include exercises that promote body awareness and healthy habits, all in a light and engaging environment. While we use the physical practice of yoga, this class is entirely non-religious and does not include spiritual teachings, but we will explore how caring for our bodies and making space for healthy movement and stillness is one way we can honor God. We will work on flexibility and strength. It’s all about moving our bodies, building confidence, and having fun together! Perfect for students of all experience levels—come ready to stretch, move, and smile!

Yoga mat (look at TJ Maxx, Target, Amazon, it doesn’t need to be expensive, a basic one will do nicely)
