$15.45* for lift ticket, regularly $75-$135 (needed by both students and chaperones unless you have a season pass)

$22.66* for lesson (required for all students but not chaperones)

Chaperones:
-
Chaperones are responsible for helping students with their rentals, escorting them to the lesson area, and skiing with assigned students in the afternoon.

Big Sky allows 1 chaperone for every 8 students. Heather Maxcy, ski PE coordinator, will choose new chaperones each time. Please sign up by February 20 if you are interested in chaperoning.

You will be notified by Friday, February 22, whether or not you are chosen to chaperone.

Write a separate check if you sign up to chaperone. If you are not chosen, your chaperone check will be voided and returned.

Chaperone lift ticket and rental prices are the same as above. (You don't pay the lesson portion.)

Minimum age for Ski PE: 7 years (however, children 6 & under ski free ski free at Big Sky)

On March 4:
-
8:00am - Pick up rental gear, if needed, at Big Sky Sports Rental in the Snowcrest Building. They will have equipment set aside for you.

8:30am - Meet in the Mammoth Room to check in, hear instructions, and get your lift ticket.

9:45 - Meet at the flags (between Swift Current lift and the Snowcrest Building) to have your ski level be evaluated. (Students may ski one run at 9:00am, but they must be back in the base area at 9:40.)

10:00-12:00 - Student lessons

12:10 - Meet for lunch in Mammoth Room. Sign up for afternoon ski groups of 3 or more.

12:45 - Leave for afternoon skiing.

Before heading home - Receive your complementary lift/rental ticket when you check out with Ski PE coordinator in the Mammoth Room.

March 21 (Thursday) @ Bridger Bowl

Lift ticket is $8, lesson is $20, ski/snowboard equipment is $11, helmet is $5. (A helmet is required for lessons.)

Deadline for signing up and paying is April 21.
