Interval Training (High School and Middle School)

Interval training is a class designed for cardio strength training through a constantly changing circuit. The exercises will alternate between different speeds, weights, movements and directions with the goal to have the best overall physical fitness for each student's needs. Proper form, technique and function will be stressed in this class to ensure a safe and healthy class. Each week will be a fun and challenging course that will include both individual goals and group accountability.
Students will need to wear proper work out attire and well fitted tennis shoes.
