Dance: Swing

In the Montana setting swing dancing is a very popular social activity or pastime. By participating in swing dancing sessions, one better improves in coordination, physical form, endurance, and social interaction/confidence. This class focuses these elements in order that students feel comfortable and well-rounded in situations where swing is present. Throughout the semester we will be sure to cover the basics of what might be typically seen at a venue where country swing is present.

REQUIRED MATERIAL:
Closed toed shoes, appropriate fitness wear (dresses, tank tops, extremely loose fitting
clothes, highly constricting clothes, excessive jewelry are not recommended).
