In Stretch and Strengthen we will Increase your flexibility, range of motion, stabilization, and posture with static and dynamic stretching. We will utilize equipment during this class such as a foam roller, dumbbells, and resistance bands. We will learn about the many benefits of stretching, including improved circulation, the release of endorphins, increased flexibility and range of motion, enhanced muscle recovery, improved posture and alignment, stress relief and relaxation, and injury prevention. This class is for all body types and will benefit everyone whether you are an athlete or someone who doesn't love working out. We will also dive into the world of nutrition. Learning all about macros, what that means, and how to count them.
