Food & Fitness

Teacher: Mrs. Stacie Hofstad

This course will help students understand the basics of nutrition and equip them to make informed choices for better health. Students will be introduced to many different fitness activities to expand their understanding of healthy movement. The goal of this class is to increase students’ understanding that our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits are interconnected and that proper care of them is essential to overall well-being. 


  • Foam Roll for HS students only

    • (High School students will have a unit on Self-Myofascial Release and Static Stretching that requires a foam roll.)
