In this class, we will talk about, and do, basic home maintenance. I will show you basic home repairs and what can happen if you delay those repairs; how to take 10 minutes to prevent what, if delayed, could take 10 hours and $1000 to fix. Be prepared to get dirty in this class as we will caulk and patch drywall, clean filters, seal tile, and learn many other skills that will help you maintain a home.
